WE67K series electro-hydraulic servo synchronous CNC bending machine adopts electro-hydraulic servo valve dual-cylinder synchronous control and hydraulic convex automatic compensation system. The back gauge mechanism can control multiple back gauge shafts. After tempering, the hydraulic system adopts integrated control system, imported sealing ring, beautiful appearance and concise appearance. The numerical control system adopts DA-58T 2D numerical control system with colorful graphics by Dutch Delem company.

Main structural features  

1. THE WHOLE STRUCTURE OF HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE

Welded steel plate, the frame consists of right and left wall boards, working table, oil box, groove steel and etc. The stress of the parts has been eliminated by vibration. The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.

2. SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE

It adopts integrated hydraulic control systems which is more reliable and easy for maintenance.

3. SYNCHRO CONTROL SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE

The slide synchro system adopts steel torsion bar synchro system with very simple structure but very high accuracy. 2 ends of slide has 2 synchro fork which make the slides movement is always parallel to the working table. And this will make the movement effect balanced during operation. The system uses upper die compensation to improve the brake precision.

4. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND PROCEDURES OF HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE

The machine is a kind of steel torsion bar synchrony brake, which is the third generation of brake. Electronic controls of back gauge and ram stroke, data displayed and precision control by man. Hydraulic power cell construction is convenient to install, which limit the oil route and connector quantity to minimize integrated hydraulic valve block. Block route and wide range of speed control, work steadily.
